Interstate 44 in Missouri, Mile Marker 285 to 290 near Saint Louis.
This Driver reports: "The Metropolitan of St. Louis police, desperate for revenue, has created their own DOT unit. They cruise 44 from mm285 to I55 in unmarked full-size pickups, usually blue. They also like I-70 from mm 250 west to about 245, and also Hall Street, which parallels 70 and has hubs for several trucking companies."
